This is the same issue I raised last week. The reply (I think) was...
"Recommend creating a new <jslink> custom tag to wrapper the JetspeedLink
class and committing it back."
I can't find any information on the jslink tag, but I understand it is coming with the
next release. I am still confused on the convention of the name registration of the
psmls. It appears that this is done by directory location and turbine performs the
profiling service to locate these based on a hierarchy of rules. It seems that a
master psml registry file akin to the portlet.xreg would be a good idea so that each
psml has its own unique identifier to remove any ambiguity. Is this what is being
attempted with the psml database approach? However, maybe I just need to figure out
the nuts and bolts of how the profiling service works so that it doesn't seem so
convoluted.  --Aaron
