That's a great idea, but I can't do it unfortunately. I've actually restricted access to the customization link based on some custom criteria (in the layout JSPs), so *every* tab pane is not customizable to the user. So it is slightly more than cosmetic, and we also don't want the user to be clicking for the tab and accidentally hit the invisible customize icon.
Anybody know who's responsible for generating those icons/links in Jetspeed? peace, Joe > -----Original Message----- > From: Luta, Raphael (VUN) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Tuesday, December 17, 2002 12:15 AM > To: 'Jetspeed Users List' > Subject: RE: remove tab pane's customization icon? > > > if it's just for comsetics, use a transparent image width=1 > and height=1 for > the > customize icon... > > > -----Message d'origine----- > > De : Joe Barefoot [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > > Envoy : lundi 16 dcembre 2002 23:49 > > : Jetspeed Users List (E-mail) > > Objet : remove tab pane's customization icon? > > > > > > Hi all, > > > > I'm looking for a cheap way to get rid of the customization > > icon beside the tab pane links *globally*....preferably > > through a config property, but if that's not feasible, could > > someone point me at the relevant navigation template or > > controller class that renders these links/icons?
