Hello, Hopefully, this isn't too stupid a question - Do I need to recompile my war file each time I modify a *.properties or can I simply replace the existing file in the webapps/jetspeed/WEB-INF/conf dir with the new file?
I'm running Tomcat 4.1.12 on Windows 2000 with Jetspeed 1.4b3. Thanks.
