Jetspeed Portlet vs WPS Portlet

Hi, 

I wonder what the differences are between a portlet running in Jetspeed and a portlet 
running in the Websphere Portal Server from IBM?
Is it possible to run a Jetspeed portlet on WPS and vice versa?
