Hi, I am using Oracle 8i and Jetspeed 1.4b1 in my application. We are using oracle DB to store PSMLS. I am assigning roles to the User using User Browser and User Roles Portlet provided by Jetspeed. Now the strange problem is that if I assign any new role to the user, it's not getting affected immediately. Even if the user logout and login again It's not working. We tried to close and open new browser and also deleted cache. Still new role doesn't get affected to the user.
But If we restart tomcat. Then the new role gets affected. What could be the problem?? Any pointers?? Regards, Sunil P S.
