I was getting this error when I (somehow) managed to break my ID Broker.

When I'd go to create a user, I'd get a proper stack trace saying that the
IDBroker for this thing was null.

I suspected that the same thing was happening with groups, but I got a
different error message. There might be some incorrect error handling in
there that always presents the error message you got.

caonnt write in mysql database.

Hello,

I'am using the cvs version of jetspeed connecting on mysql database.

When I try to create a new group i have this message :

"Entity Name Already Exists. Please choose another
unique, identifying name."

I'am using the latest driver mysql :
mysql-connector-java-3.0.8-stable-bin.jar

It's works fine on reading but not on writing.

what's wrong?.

thanks you
