Is there a way in Jetspeed to use the role merge functionality while setting a security reference so the user is unable to modify the top-level pane? We planning on making extensive use of role merging, but we don't want users to be able to customize the top-level panes. I have manually added the security reference to a user's psml file to make sure this can work correctly and it does. What I am looking for is a way to set a default security reference for psml files that are dynamically generated when the user logs in with role merging turned on.
I have done some checking and it does not look like this capability exists today (let me know if I'm wrong). Where in the code is the default.psml file created for a new user when role merging is turned on? Thanks for the help.
