Helder,

Thanks for the reply-- I think I saw your posting(I think??) from like
last June that detailed this problem and made such an adjustment. My
problem actually ran much deeper. Using 3 different WAP-enabled browsers
(a Blackberry device, Klondike, and WinWAP) we received 3 different
behaviors. The Blackberry device continued to report exceptions, while
the Klondike worked like a champ, and WinWAP insisted that I didn't type
the correct credentials and wouldn't let me in.

Based on this experience and some supporting articles from the trade regs,
we've put our wireless ambitions on hold for the present time. Our fear
is that what might work on one phone won't on another, and we're not in
the position right now to go subscribe to a dozen different wireless
services to test out the functionality.

Thanks,

Jason

I think there is a bug when customizing WML portlets. The customizer adds
the portlet to the user PSML but it does not add a <control> child element
to the respective <entry> element, and this makes Jetspeed crashing when
trying to access the portlet. Edit your PSML manually and add this

<control name="ClearPortletControl"/>

to your portlet's entry element.
Hope it helps.

Helder
