See org.apache.jetspeed.services.rewriter, there is an incomplete implementation that rewrites links and manages session state to configured websites, hiding the real addresses.
I've scheduled some time to finally work on it in late September. We've actually started redesigning the package, and will rewrite the implementation with HttpClient
