I just checked in some changes, including the Jetspeed-2 project.xml 
referencing pluto-1.0.jar
After building Pluto, copy pluto-1.0.jar to 
${MAVEN_HOME}/repository/pluto-container/jars/
(Sorry but we should have Pluto mavenized soon...)
Then run "maven allBuild" and "cd portal, maven deploy, maven 
pam.deploy" and start it up again
