Are you storing your PSML in the database?
Im not clear on this.
Seems like we should first ensure that you can connect to the database.
Do you have the source code from the CVS head or are you working off a binary distribution?
If you are working off the source code, try running from the build directory: "ant unittest-security"
and see if you can connect to the database and run the unit tests
