When editing a portlet, you should see a Media Type tab. Click on this tab and you will be allowed to add media types to the portlet.

Hi, first use the mailing-list so that everyone can help and an archive is done.

Then that's what I thought, there might be also a bug in the admin screens that handle the protlet registry for media-type and portlets.
To Jeremy : have you seen it (did you fix it while fixing controllers) ?

The only thing (I hope) you have to had in your portlets.xreg is this line :

        <portlet-entry ...>
                <meta-info>
                        ...
                </meta-info>
Here it comes :
                <media-type ref="html"/>

</portlet-entry>

You must do that while tomcat is stopped, add this media-type entry for each portlet registered, and see if this works ?
