Now I more agree that this can be enhancement to fit the W3C and increase the email size to 128 chars, so MAIL column will fit standard email. But right now this column is already 99 chars, which is far enough for most users (= no one never complained about it). But I still not agree on the username, as there is no spec that says "a username must fit an email"... See what I mean, it's up to the final dev to decide that part.
