it's working now, thank you all very much! :-)
Problem was that i hadn't the right path to the class file. i didn't realize that it has to have a strict order, e.g. .../WEB-INF/classes/bela/modules/actions/portlets/. I thought that .../bela/testportlet/ or so would be sufficient. Kinda dumb of me, it seems. :-)
