Hi, Is it possible to have portlet level security? Basically this is what I'm trying to do:
1. Create custom permissions called "Add,Edit,View,Delete" 2. Create a user group called MyGroup 3. Assign Add,Edit permissions for portlet MyPortlet to MyGroup 4. Create a user called MyUser and assign him to MyGroup Now when MyUser logs into the system and adds MyPortlet to a pane, in the action code of MyPortlet I want to be able to retrieve the permissions for MyUser as far as MyPortlet is concerned, which is "Add,Edit". I would like to use the JetSpeed security portlets for this (User browser, Security browser, Permission browser, Group browser). Is this possible?
