Jetspeed stores the last-clicked portlet or pane in the session as "js_peid" (I think). If that exists, it will load that pane or portlet, and not the page to which you've actually navigated. I don't know the work involved or the problems you'll encounter trying to remove that behavior.
There is a bug logged for this issue; afaik there is no properties file setting that changes this behavior. http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS1-350 stu >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 04/02/04 01:49AM >>> Hi all, the following problem happens only with IE (Netscape or Firefox are OK): - open the browser, and get your own installation http://localhost:8080/jetspeed (or http://www.bluesunrise.com/jetspeed). - index.jsp (therefore, Turbine) is executed and the home page is displayed. - select any link within the menu (for instance, "Dynamic"). The Dynamic portlets are displayed. - click the "back" browser button. index.jsp is executed but the Dynamic portlets are displayed again (instead of the home page)!!! Any hint?
