You can turn off caching on IE. But then again, that brings another can of worms into the mix.
Goto: Tools/Internet Options/ Click settings under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Never" or "Every time you start Internet Explorer" radio button, click ok, then ok again. That should do it.
