Some problems with the comments I guess. How are you executing the scripts? I am using MySql Control Center myself, but I admit that doesn't work flawless either. Try removing the comments. And check if it really mattered, maybe the statements themselves got executed ok? Try to access your site and see if you still get the profile exception.
