I work on refactoring the php portlet so that it uses ActionRequests instead of a redirector servlet but the basic architecture will remain the same.
You have to use the latest J1 and enable Fusion (JSR-168 support) so that you can run any J2 portlet

Is the PHP portlet also part of or compatible with Jetspeed 1 ?
Where do you get it ? From the CVS tree somewhere ?
Thanks, Tom

In Jetspeed-2 there is a PHP portlet that allows you to run php applications inside a portlet.
We successfully run several PHP applications in our portal (latest J1 and J2)

Has anyone used PHP successfully with Jetspeed ? I haven't attempted yet but was wondering if it's been done.
