I have searched quite a bit as well as emailed bluesunrise with no luck
so far. Everyone seems to have linked to sunrise.com & they no longer
host it.
If anyone has a url to it that would be greatly appreciated. If I do get a copy I will make it available at quantumland.com, if
needed.
