The xml file can be found in the source tree under
/portal/src/resources/jetspeed-tomcat-5.5.xml.
Please note that there are still other problems with installing Jetspeed 2
under Tomcat 5.5. Have a look at http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS2-187.
