Ive added a doEdit method to my portlet and added
<portlet-mode>EDIT</portlet-mode>
to my portlet.xml. And then I redeployed the war file to jetspeed 2 m3
(with the essential patch http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS2-139
discussed last week).
I was expecting that jetspeed would give me an edit icon or link for my
portlet but that doesn't seem to happen. Is there anything else I need
to do to be able to switch to the edit mode? Can I make a edit link
myself maybe (if so, how in a jsr168 compliant way)?
The view mode and the help mode (which I just added to check if jetspeed
was picking up the changes) work fine. When I added the help mode, I got
a little icon for help.
