Are you saying you are not seeing the register portlet at all? OR are
you saying that you are seeing the portlet but there are no portlets to
register? Well if the case is no.1 then I can confirm that I have seen
the register portlet. If you are not seeing it try using the Jetspeed
customizer to look for a portlet called PABrowser(Title: JSR-168 Apps).
By the way if you download the Jetspeed source code. You should find
this portlet under the webapp directory. Also look at fusion.xreg.
