Thanks a lot people for your help ! The Jira list is thorough and I have passed that error. However, now I have two issues.

1. I constantly get the following exception on my console --
Batch entry 0 INSERT INTO PAGE_STATISTICS VALUES( was aborted. Call getNextException() to see the cause. at org.postgresql.jdbc2.AbstractJdbc2Statement.executeBatch(AbstractJdbc2Statement.java:107) at org.apache.commons.dbcp.DelegatingStatement.executeBatch(DelegatingStatement.java:294) at org.apache.jetspeed.statistics.impl.BatchedStatistics.flush(BatchedStatistics.java:168) at org.apache.jetspeed.statistics.impl.BatchedStatistics.checkAndDoFlush(BatchedStatistics.java:81) at org.apache.jetspeed.statistics.impl.BatchedStatistics.run(BatchedStatistics.java:127)
       at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:534)

It just keeps scrolling constantly.

2. I cannot login. When I try to login, I get following error on the browser --
