Sunil,
I played around with JSF, myfaces and jetspeed 2 way back in September.
I
*think* I recall running into some classpath issues with different JSF
implementations.  

Make sure that you haven't mixed the Sun JSF and MyFaces implementations

somehow...

Aaron,

Did you use JSF bridge support for this? I was successful in using jsf
bridge to convert myfaces web app into a portlet.

But I am trying to convert it without using jsf bridge.

Myfaces has in built support for JSR 168 now.
But I am still facing the same problem. It would be great if you could
provide an example portlet for this.
