Maybe you can link the psml-file within portlet's doView() method, like below
<a href='/jetspeed/portal/my-account.psml'>Change Password</a> if your psml-file "MyHome" is located in the sub-folder, then it will be accessed by <a href='/jetspeed/portal/sub-folder/MyHome.psml'>My Home</a> Hope this helps, - Jongyun, Kim.
