I doubt that bridges is the issue, it's been a while since it has been
updated (Last Changed Date: 2006-02-07). Double check these properties
are in your build.properties
org.apache.jetspeed.server.home=/home/phil/20051223/opensource/bin/apache-tomcat-5.5.12
org.apache.jetspeed.server.shared=/home/phil/20051223/opensource/bin/apache-tomcat-5.5.12/shared/lib
org.apache.jetspeed.deploy.war.dir=/home/phil/20051223/opensource/bin/apache-tomcat-5.5.12/webapps
org.apache.jetspeed.services.autodeployment.user=j2deployer
org.apache.jetspeed.services.autodeployment.password=j2deployer
org.apache.jetspeed.catalina.version.major=5.5
org.apache.jetspeed.project.home=/home/phil/20051223/opensource/svnProjects/jetspeed-2
run maven -o more often and you won't be so frustrated with it. It's
just a bunch of jars in a directory and they are there to help you.
These commands will build and deploy everything.
maven -o allClean
maven -o initMavenPlugin
maven -o allBuild
maven -o j2:quickStart
Another tip is to try and use a build.properties in the root directory
of jetspeed source and not in your home directory. This is bad
practice and causes problems. With other builds.
