I got a /bin at the end of my Java_Home, without it´s working.
Is there any JDK installed in your system? If so, set JAVA_HOME to
something like this "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_06", i.e. where JDK
is installed. Otherwize, install JDK first and then set JAVA_HOME.
