Pooja, After installing Jetspeed, you will need to run it. Look at the folder where you have installed Jetspeed. If you have used installer, and default settings of Installer, it should be in C:\Program Files\JApache Jetspeed 2.0 (Windows platform) directory.
Got to the bin directory of Jetspeed install folder and double click startup.bat file to run jetspeed. Wait for a while and point your browser to http://localhost:8080/jetspeed/ You will see the default page with many portlets. To see admin portlets login as admin (password admin). You will be asked to change the password when you login first time. On successful login, you will see the admin portlets where you can create user, roles groups etc. I hope this helps you.
