That, I've never done anything like creating a new site. It is new to me too in that area.

In another words, if you have two psmls inside the template folder, you sign on as a NEW user user3, you will see two pages for you. You can certain customize those two pages. If user2 folder existed before you added another page to the template folder, user2 will not get that page. Delete user2 folder and sign on as user2 again, you will see two pages shown up for the user2. The thing is that you really do not need to do it mannually, if you sign in as user1, the defaul-page will be copied (by JS2) to user1 folder and all customization tha you made go into your own copy.
