Hello Randy:

It happened when I clicked a submit button of a portlet. Oddly enough,
this didn't happen before, or at least we did not notice it until now. I
will try to dig more to see exactly happened. I will post it back. 

On a different note, you replied the other day in regarding to my
question on how to use user subject in portlet. I still have some
questions, I will post it back to that thread. Thank you.
