Please double check these settings:
org.apache.jetspeed.test.jdbc.drivers.path=${catalina.endorsed}/mysql-connector-java.jar
org.apache.jetspeed.production.jdbc.drivers.path=${catalina.endorsed}/mysql-connector-java.jar
Of course, set catalina.endorsed accordingly.
