We have several deployments running:
Jetspeed 2.1-dev (I make note of the the SVN checkout)
Tomcat 5.5.15 - 5.5.17
MySQL 5.0 or 4.1, prefer 5.0
I develop with Tomcat 5.5 and MySQL, although I also test with Oracle
and Derby. We will need to have Jetty integration for the 2.1 final
release latest
