Hi users, I've never actually been successful in sending emails from a j2 portal. I understand that the configuration is in the assembly/administration.xml but that does not produces errors or warnings. Here's my situation,
Postfix 2.2.9 is running on Suse linux 10.1 Jetspeed 2.1-dev is also running on this machine. I can successfully send an email on the command line `mail -s TestMail [EMAIL PROTECTED] < administration.xml' I've tried adding the username and password to the administration.xml I think I have to do some testing with the Spring component that sends email. Jetspeed is running as root and perhaps SELinux is droping the email. Any ideas? -- Philip Donaghy donaghy.blogspot.com del.icio.us/donaghy/philip Skype: philipmarkdonaghy Office: +33 5 56 60 88 02 Mobile: +33 6 20 83 22 62 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
