Rendering a single portlet with Jetspeed 2

Hi,
I'm customizing Jetspeed 2 in order to use Ajax and Drag and Drop, but I 
don't find the way to render just one portlet using different modes 
(view, edit, help), without its entire page. Can you help me ?
