Hello,
I'm trying to modify the ldap authentication handlers, and I need to
add a jar file to the classpath for building. I've added the dependency
in pom.xml and jetspeed-components.xml. I know it can find the jar file
in my local repository because it complains if it can't find it. The
problem is it still isn't being added to the classpath at compile time.
Anybody have any ideas about what I'm missing?

I read on the wiki that Maven 2 build was not building the LDAP
functionality. I guess you could add the dependency to project.xml and
build using Maven 1.

Wiki quote "At the moment, Maven2 does not build all LDAP related
artifacts and it does not build the uberjar/classworlds executable jar
files for the deploy tool. Otherwise it is generally complete"
