I find HtmlPortlet.war into /HtmlPortlet/dist/ of your archive, ;)
After I put HtmlPortlet.war into /WEB_INF/deploy/ it works ok.

better if it's a .war file I think, because, how can I put the portlet
in jetspped2? in this case, i can't put it into WEB_INF/deploy and run.
