Hi.

You have to create that your self. You can copy build.properties.sample from the source root or you can use the one I have been using. You probably have to modify both of them to match your system and settings.

Change the ones in BOLD.
--- build.properties--->

# ---------------------------------------------------
# Values to be customised
# ---------------------------------------------------

# Use / and NOT \ even under Windows. Paths cannot have
# spaces so C:/Program Files/Tomcat won't work and neither
# will "C:/Program Files/Tomcat" so NO quotes either.
# It is also a good practise to use

# Full path to you eclipse workspace and jetspeed project
# e.g. the path you checked out this project
basedir=PATH_TO_YOUR_JETSPEED_PROJECT_SOURCE

# Change this to match your tomcat installation folder
# This is the usual place under linux. For Windows it
# could (or should) be c:/tomcat

tomcat.home=PATH_TO_YOUR_TOMCAT

# MySQL host
# Change only if you know why and how.
# Preferably use a local MySQL instance.
# MySQL must have root account with password root
# (change from pre-configured section if other)
# and tables j2, j2test

mysql.host=localhost

# Set and uncomment these if you are behind a proxy
#maven.proxy.host=PROXY_HOST
