SSO jetspeed 2 Error processing the template

Hello,

I installed the Jetspeed 2 binary distribution two times and it runs fine but 
the SSO Manager gives the following error.
I downloaded Jetspeed 2 version 2.0 plugin, do I have to download an other 
version or do something esle.
Please help
