Yes, that was the problem... Had it like "C:\JetspeedTraining\tomcat-express\Tomcat" so cutting off the "Tomcat part solved the case:-)
But now I stumbled to another issue, the advise for starting up Tomcat does not work: C:\JetspeedTraining\tomcat-express\bin>catdebug 'catdebug' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
