thank you for your attention.
The behaviour is quite strange, as if I copy and paste the pane URL in the
address bar it correctly opens it, but if I send the link via email, or copy
it in a new browser, it only returns the home page.
I also tried to navigate to it and copy and paste the URL, but no result.
As for security, all is set as ANON view ADMIN all.
David, I don't think jslink can help here as i do not need to jump from pane
to pane inside J1.6, but from a mail (link) to a specific pane.

If you get the home page, the pane reference is not correct, or maybe it
has a security contraint for the standard user so it canot be shown?
The best way to check the real path is to open a fresh new browser,
navigate to the pane and the see what's as the URL. IS that where you got
your link from?
