I have a custom portal that works well through a web browser. I have users who would like to be able to access it from their Blackberry devices.
They can get to the initial portal page using the appropriate URL, however, when they attempt to login with their credentials, they are unable to gain access. What happens is that when they click on the Login button within the Login Portlet after entering their information, it appears that Jetspeed sends them to "redirector", but nothing happens. The screen is blank and they are not authenticated. Refreshing does not seem to do anything. The odd thing is that when I use the Blackberry emulator (from my workstation) to access the Jetspeed portal, I am able to log in.
