Using a custom build is the recommended approach, you just change the
version number and rebuild.
I also recommend moving any writable resources out of the
jetspeed.war distribution such as PSML and even log files.
We only put resources into the war file to make demos go easier
The XML seed data in version 2.1 will help migrations go easier when
we change the database schema
