i completely agree with phil and am stuck as well. i have also tried all the options mentioned on their site / mails. it just wont work. why dont they accept that its broken and provide some way out. who really operates the list ? are the moderators on the list ? is there any way to contact them ? let me know. phew. thanks regards amey
