AFAIK, the PSMLs are written in as simple files for the PSML filesystem
anyway. I didn't take a look at the DB PSML system yet.
But, you can use a special profiler which will decide which PSML to use.
You can then use different PSMLs for every situation. See
http://portals.apache.org/jetspeed-2/guides/guide-profiler.html for more
info.

Hi Dennis,
We want to selectively include fragments in our portal page based on
some conditions.
Also we would like to have generic names for portlets in the psml(ie
psml acts like a template) file and decide which portlet to load in that
genric space(content of template to be decided dinamically) at run time
based on certain conditions.
Regards,
Rajath.

Why would you want to do that? What are you trying to achieve?

Hi,
Is it possible to use jsp pages instead of psml files ? Can we use
custom portlet tags to include portlets inside jsp pages ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Rajath.
