I think you are talking about the pages of the user....
It is possible to create the user's home page at first visit.
Recommend writing a valve that checks to see if the user has a home
page (directory)
If the user does not, copy over the user's default PSML (based on
runtime parameters such as roles) from page templates or generate the
pages based on some algorithm
