I am assuming you want to work with 2.1.3-dev version, as the trunk is
unstable
pending 2.1.3 release, so the svn for the branch is at:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/portals/jetspeed-2/branches/JETSPEED-2.1.3/
unless, you have figured this out :)
