We are using Jetspeed 2.1.2. When clicked on Portal Site Manager , it shows the following error Portlet is Not Available: j2-admin::PortalSiteManager Reason: Failed to get root folder After checking log file we saw that it might be failing to get the preference defined in the portlet.xml for J2-admin. But we found that the preference named root is correctly defined in portlet.xml and has the value / . What could be the problem, that it cannot get the preference value for the root?
