get the errors below when I have a clean maven repository. When I
build
JETSPEED-RELEASE-2.2.0 and j2-admin myself first then it obviously
works. Is
this because the maven artifacts have not been distributed or is a
full
local build required in order to create a custom portal? If so then
I think
the page needs to be updated because it says you can skip that step.

Thanks so much.
My bad. I forgot to press "promote" from the Nexus repository. Give it
3-4 hours or so, and the artifacts should become available from Maven
Central
