Hi list,
I am facing a strange problem. I am editing portlet.xml of my portlets
and adding Greek titles <title xml:lang="">. When starting tomcat I am
getting the greeks on the page normally. However when I restart tomcat I
am getting ??????????? and need to just save again portlet.xml without
changing anything!!! Any ideas please?? The site is http://u-portal.gunet.gr
